Long before launching Organikos, our family spent more than two decades designing, managing, and advising hotels, resorts, ecolodges, and other conservation-focused businesses around the world.

Through La Paz Group, we worked closely with owners, operators, local producers, and hospitality teams to build businesses rooted in a strong sense of place. That experience taught us that a successful partnership requires more than a great product. It requires an understanding of the guest experience, thoughtful presentation, reliable operations, and continued support as a business grows.

Organikos grew naturally from that work. Our coffees are selected not only for their quality, but for the stories they carry: the farms and regions they come from, the people who produce them, and their connection to Costa Rica's landscapes and bird habitats.
