      This farm, owned by the Altamirano family, sits just below the highest peak in Costa Rica, Mount Chirripo. The Altamiranos select only deep red coffee cherries at harvest time, producing exceptional consistency. After harvest they use the washed method for a large portion of those beans, and we offer those because of the classic flavor.
